Qualifications

GCCH   =   Graduate of the College of Colon Hydrotherapy.

This was a post graduate course taken with the Fairview Natural Therapy Clinic, Gloucester.   The course was run by David Newman, owner and teacher of the college.   David is very passionate about his work and this reflects in his teaching.

Lic.Dip.Ac   =   Licentiate Diploma in Acupuncture.

I trained for three years with the South West College of Oriental Medicine, in Bristol, England.   Henry McGrath was my mentor, with whom I have a great respect and I thank him very much for his knowledge, patience and complete dedication to his work.

C.Ac.China   =   Post Graduate Course Certificate from the Zhiajiang University of TCM, Hangzhou, China.

This post graduate course in China has to be one of the most rewarding things I have done in my life.   The professors and students were the most dedicated, influential and inspiring people I have ever met.   I learned so much from them all.

Dip.Ref   =   Diploma for Reflexology.  

I studied for one year with Jitindrya Bell from the Metta School of Reflexology, Totnes, Devon.   Jitindrya was again, a very inspiring teacher who had a passion for her work.  

Dip.Mass.   =   Diploma in Massage.

This was a one year course with the Association of Natural Medicine who were teaching partners with Anglia University.   This course enabled me to gain degree credits for the Anatomy and Physiology and the Massage.   The course was run by Jenny Sangster who is a Fellow of the Association of Natural Medicine.

Hydrotherm Massage was a two day post graduate course.   Massage is given whilst the receiver lies on large mats filled with warm water.   The full body massage is given whilst the person lies on their back throughout the entire treatment.

C&GTC   =   City and Guilds Teaching Certificate.

This course was taken in Newton Abbot, Devon with Exeter University.   I took this course because I wanted to teach Reflexology.
